What happens if my insurance coverage changes?

You must bring your current insurance card with you on your next visit. Also, update your information by calling our customer service team at 855-420-7900 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. at 8:00 p.m. Central for up-to-date information or online at MyMercy.

Why is my invoice different from the offer I received before?

Your final invoice contains the services actually provided and a cost estimate is not a guarantee for the final invoice on the invoice. Costs may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, based on estimates made by the hospital and physician/provider, including but not limited to complications and/or changes in diagnosis and/or treatment plans from your physician/healthcare provider.

Can I share a MyMercy account with my spouse? Lol, Each person should have their own MyMercy account, just like each person should have their own medical history. However, you can give it to someone else, for example. For example, grant access to your account to a spouse or family member. This is called “Account Access”.
